Customers for 15 years. An honest professional shop thats fair, caring, and no games. Sometimes same day service for small jobs. Up to date training and years of experience without the overhead. Pro assistant too. Hard to find nowadays. Try it and see.
A small-town sort of auto repair shop. A couple guys, a 2-bay garage, been around for years. I'm not enough of a gearhead to know whether they're genuinely better than any other shop, but the folks were friendly and quick, and my last bill was on the low end of what some online cost estimators said it should be.
My 83 year old grandmother has been bringing her car here to be serviced for the past couple years. They have gone above and beyond to help her. To see a business with such amazing customer service in this day in age is a breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend.
I pulled into Gamber's at 4:45 pm last night with a VERY low tire in hopes that they had air that wasn't "frozen". Not only did they have a working air hose (unlike Dittmer's), but they pulled my tire and fixed the rim leak that was causing the problem. AND, they managed to get my wipers unstuck! The price was fair, the service was quick and Clutch the Dog was awesome. I will go back!
I have taken my Hondas to be repaired by 2 generations of family owners. I have always been more than satisfied with the customer service and the knowledge to service my cars well. I have had warranty service at the Honda dealer, and I have returned to Gamber's for the personal service from knowing me as a customer and familiarity with my cars. Gary has discussed the need for any more costly repairs and his charges have been fair. When he needs to keep my car for a longer time, he has driven me home. All the buzz now is patronizing small and local vendors. Give Gamber's Auto Service a try for something like an oil change. Guaranteed you will return for other car services!
